Travel Group Planner™ focuses on helping family and friends to collaborate by providing the ability for everyone to suggest, vote, and comment on vacation dates.
Travel Group Planner™ doesn’t require specific vacation dates to get started. Your travel group can begin discussing and sharing ideas without hassle.
When creating a new trip, your vacation organizer can simply select the option, ‘I’m not sure of the travel dates’ with the ability to suggest a few travel dates to get the conversation going with the group.
A. The trip organizer has suggested two possible vacation dates for the group to vote and to provide comments.
After the vacation has been created and the invites sent, let the planning, sharing, and collaborating begin. By navigating to the Planning > Dates page, a travel group member can start voting and commenting and even suggesting alternative dates from what the organizer has suggested.
A. Located in the header of your travel group site, the status of your vacation dates and destination(s) selection is displayed for quick viewing.
B. The ‘Suggest dates’ link is available to everyone.
C. These are the vacation dates suggested by your trip organizer through the ‘Create New Trip’ process.

After everyone in your travel group has had an opportunity to provide input, your trip organizer will make the final decision by selecting the check box next to the chosen vacation dates.
